Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your fashion finds! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, sleepwear, or swimwear unless items are defective or not as described. Please check sizing carefully before ordering these intimate items.

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
- Timing: Once received (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take 2-5 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items
