Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, sleepwear, or swimwear unless the items are defective or not as described. Please ensure you check sizing carefully before ordering these intimate items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for approval: Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
